We can't reach the pool controller right now — the pool system's provider is reporting it as offline. This is usually temporary.
Please let management know so they can get it sorted out. Your pool controls will come back automatically as soon as the system reconnects.
Your pool controls will be available on check-in day. In the meantime, you can pre-order pool heating so the water is warm when you arrive.
Pool heating can take 30–60 minutes to noticeably warm the water. Spa heating is faster — usually 15–30 minutes from cold.
If a toggle doesn’t respond right away, give it a few seconds — your pool equipment may be busy switching valves.
