Your property manager has been alerted automatically — please contact them directly if you need the pool sooner. Your controls will come back on their own as soon as the system reconnects.
Your pool controls will be available on check-in day. In the meantime, you can pre-order pool heating so the water is warm when you arrive.
Pool heating can take 30–60 minutes to noticeably warm the water. Spa heating is faster — usually 15–30 minutes from cold.
If a toggle doesn’t respond right away, give it a few seconds — your pool equipment may be busy switching valves.
